Six U.S. home-based care providers recognized for using technology to improve the caregiver experience, strengthen operations and deliver better outcomes for clients and patients
NEW YORK, NY — November 3, 2026 — AlayaCare, a provider of cloud-based home and community care software, today announced the six winners of its 2026 Better Outcomes Awards, recognizing U.S. home care, home health and home infusion organizations for using technology to deliver better outcomes. The awards were presented on November 2, 2026, at Better Outcomes US 2026, held in Newark, N.J.
This year’s winners are Hmong Home Health Care, Elara Caring, AccordCare, CSI Pharmacy, Dynamic Infusion and Care Advantage.
“Behind every better outcome is a person, a team and a community committed to making care better,” said Adrian Schauer, CEO and co-founder of AlayaCare. “This year’s winners are finding new ways to support caregivers, run more efficient operations and improve lives. We’re proud to partner with them and to celebrate what they’ve accomplished.”
The 2026 Better Outcomes Award winners
Better Outcomes Award: Care Advantage. AlayaCare’s highest honour, chosen personally by CEO Adrian Schauer, recognizes an organization transforming home-based care through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Care Advantage, a Richmond, Virginia-based home care provider serving the Mid-Atlantic, completed a complex, multi-district implementation in an exceptional timeframe and then turned AlayaCare into a strategic engine for operational and care excellence. Through electronic visit verification (EVV) at scale, including Virginia’s state requirements, and integrated scheduling, payroll, payment processing, ADP and FrontStream, it has reduced manual workarounds, strengthened compliance, improved payroll and billing accuracy, and given leadership clearer insight into workforce and revenue.
Angela Brewer Excellence Award: Dynamic Infusion. Named for Angela Brewer, the longtime CEO of Acclaim Health and former Board Chair of Home Care Ontario, this award honours innovation, operational excellence and a relentless commitment to better outcomes. Dynamic Infusion, a Dallas-based, high-growth provider of home infusion nursing services for specialty pharmacies, serving patients across 14 states, uses AlayaCare to drive operational efficiencies, improve patient care and scale its operations across the U.S.
Transformation Excellence Award: Elara Caring. This award recognizes a customer that has fully embraced the AlayaCare Cloud platform while creating an exceptional, caregiver-focused experience. Elara Caring, one of the nation’s largest providers of home-based care, headquartered in Dallas and serving patients across the Northeast, Midwest and South, pushed for meaningful platform enhancements, including mobile app improvements and a more effective visit verification workflow, built its own innovations and integrations, and was an early adopter of AlayaFlow.
Operator of the Year Award: AccordCare. This award recognizes outstanding operational improvements achieved through technology. AccordCare, a Marietta, Georgia-based home care provider with locations across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, New York and New Jersey, has made a sustained commitment to reducing friction for staff, improving day-to-day workflows and embracing tools that drive efficiency, helping it streamline operations and support growth.
Employee Experience Innovator Award: Hmong Home Health Care. This award honours a customer that has elevated employee satisfaction and success through the thoughtful use of technology. Hmong Home Health Care, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based home health agency serving the Twin Cities since 1993, has used AlayaCare to create a smoother, more connected experience for its caregivers, and its exceptional employee churn rate of just 0.4% reflects its focus on supporting and retaining its workforce.
Early Adopter Award: CSI Pharmacy. This award recognizes a customer willing to lead the way with new technology in home-based care. CSI Pharmacy, a Texas-based specialty infusion pharmacy providing home infusion therapy to patients with rare and chronic conditions nationwide, was an early adopter of AlayaCare’s AI capabilities as they launched, including Point of Care AI and Agents, turning new tools into real gains in efficiency and impact.
“We get to see firsthand the dedication, creativity and resilience our customers bring to their work every day,” said Luis Santiago, Director, Customer Success Management US at AlayaCare. “These six organizations aren’t simply delivering care. They’re finding new ways to improve lives, support families, empower their teams and strengthen the communities they serve.”
