AlayaCare Acquires Delta Health Technologies, Expanding its Footprint into the Home Health Market

Latest acquisition enhances AlayaCare’s mission to bridge the gap between home health and home care through more interoperable, best-of-breed solutions across the continuum 

Richmond Hill, NY – November 1st, 2021AlayaCare, a global home care software company, today announced it has acquired Delta Health Technologies, a provider of specialized home health solutions. The acquisition of Delta Health Technologies extends AlayaCare’s position as a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology in the U.S. home health market. This is a major development in AlayaCare’s commitment to make in-home care a more connected and integrated part of the healthcare continuum.

Through this acquisition, AlayaCare gains 100+ new customers and more than 45 new employees who will help provide a foundation and blueprint for AlayaCare’s ongoing product development into the home health and hospice sectors.

The post-acute care market, providers, and most importantly, care recipients have strongly expressed the need for interoperability where post-acute care is delivered in an end-to-end platform supporting personal care, nursing, allied health, and home infusion. According to a recent Home Health Care News survey, 95% of providers say they believe interoperability is crucial.
