AlayaCare first to submit successful claim under new Support at Home program
Sydney, Australia – 6 November 2025: AlayaCare, a leading provider of cloud-based home, residential, and disability care software, has become the first technology provider to successfully submit an invoice under the Australian Government’s new Support at Home (SAH) program using the newly released APIs from Services Australia.
The milestone marks a major step forward in modernising the way aged care funding is managed and delivered, with AlayaCare and its customer Resthaven processing the first live invoice through the Services Australia APIs just hours after they went live at 12:00pm on Wednesday, 5 November.
“We’re proud to have played a leading role in this important national milestone,” said Annette Hilli, General Manager ANZ at AlayaCare. “The successful submission demonstrates the power of collaboration between industry and government to deliver a more efficient, transparent, and reliable system for care providers and recipients.”
Working in partnership with Resthaven, one of South Australia’s most respected aged care organisations, AlayaCare submitted the first invoice using the new APIs. The transaction was processed seamlessly and confirmed as successful by Services Australia. This is an exciting first step in the transition to Support at Home and we look forward to submitting the first full claims shortly.

This achievement reinforces AlayaCare’s commitment to supporting Australia’s transition to the Support at Home model through continuous innovation, strong collaboration with government and providers, and a focus on simplifying care delivery through technology.
