Aged care, NDIS, and DVA-funded home and community care providers. Mid-market to enterprise organisations operating across one or more states and territories.
Residential providers are being asked to deliver and evidence high-quality care while managing workforce pressures, tighter margins and growing reporting expectations. This Roadshow explores how to turn clinical, workforce and quality data into clearer priorities, so leaders can protect care quality, strengthen governance and use limited resources where they matter most.
You’ll walk away with:
How to improve data visibility, uncover meaningful trends and turn insights into informed action.
Using care data beyond compliance to strengthen governance, manage risk and drive quality improvement for provider performance.
How workforce costs, care-minute pressures and margins shape the financial sustainability of residential aged care.
