Adrian Schauer
Adrian Schauer est le fondateur et chef de la direction d’AlayaCare, une entreprise de logiciels de soins à domicile en forte croissance qui propose une solution de nouvelle génération pour le marché mondial des soins à domicile. Entrepreneur en série dans le domaine des technologies, il a fondé deux entreprises de logiciels mobiles qui ont toutes deux atteint une position de chef de file dans leur marché respectif. Adrian est également un investisseur Ange actif et siège au conseil d’administration de plusieurs entreprises en démarrage. Il est par ailleurs cofondateur du Fonds Madiro, un organisme sans but lucratif qui soutient des solutions novatrices aux problèmes de santé dans les pays à faible revenu.
Andrew McDonald
Andrew McDonald has over 20 years of experience leading innovative product teams that break into new markets, beat the competition, and delight customers. He has been part of a successful exit of a venture-backed startup and multiple enterprise software businesses that have grown rapidly and profitably past the $300M revenue mark. He comes to AlayaCare, having most recently held senior positions at Alcatel-Lucent, CENX, and Kinaxis where he was the Chief Product Officer.
An avid hockey player, Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Annette Hili
Annette Hili leads AlayaCare’s Australia and New Zealand operations. She brings more than 24 years of experience in the aged care industry, holding numerous positions, including COO of BaptistCare NSW – Australia’s leading and most respected home, community and residential aged care provider, with over 3,500 employees and 160 offices. There she oversaw the operational activities of the organisation and led the company’s strategy and growth.
In her role as AlayaCare Managing Director ANZ, Annette leads the growth strategy of the ANZ operations, focusing on delivering better client care and experiences and leveraging data to drive improved outcomes.
Geoff Darling
Geoff Darling is happiest at the intersection of business and innovative technology with a higher purpose. As AlayaCare’s CRO, he leads the global revenue organization, overseeing go-to-market functions across sales, marketing, account management, and our partner network. He is passionate about leveraging technology to transform the future of home care by fostering partnerships with customers and stakeholders. Having been an early believer in AlayaCare’s mission, Geoff formally joined in 2022, bringing a diverse background spanning two decades of technology and finance experience.
Uros Stekovic
As AlayaCare’s CFO, Uros Stekovic brings over 20 years of experience in technology, with a proven track record of guiding SaaS organizations through rapid expansion and into profitability. In his role, he partners closely with the executive team to align financial and operational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and compliance. He oversees Finance, People & Culture, Legal, IT, Business Operations, and Business Intelligence, driving efficiency and long-term value creation. Passionate about developing talented and ambitious individuals, Uros fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. He emphasizes data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and scalability. Before joining AlayaCare, Uros held leadership roles at Kroll, Resolver, D&H, SAP, and PwC. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Isaac Alexander
Isaac Alexander is Chief Product & Software Architect at AlayaCare, responsible for leading the company’s technology and product architecture strategy. With nearly 30 years of experience building enterprise software in the home and community care sector, Isaac brings deep domain expertise to every layer of the platform. Early in his career, he was the founding developer of one of the industry’s original enterprise platforms, Procura, helping lay the foundation for modern home care technology.
At AlayaCare, Isaac leads architectural strategy across the full platform, providing technical leadership through all stages of the product lifecycle. He guides cross-functional teams on performance, scalability, extensibility, and cloud-native modernization. He also plays a pivotal role in aligning engineering, product, and business strategy while serving as a mentor and sponsor for AlayaCare’s technical talent pipeline. His leadership ensures that extensibility, innovation, and customer-centric design remain central to the AlayaCare platform.
Jean‑François Gailleur
Jean‑François Gailleur cumule plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du logiciel, ayant occupé des postes de direction au sein de jeunes entreprises en forte croissance et de grandes sociétés comme SAP, hybris, AppDirect, Elevate Security et Radialpoint. Il a occupé de nombreux rôles, notamment en génie logiciel, architecture de systèmes, gestion de produits, stratégie d’affaires et direction technologique, en plus de diriger plusieurs équipes de développement et d’ingénierie infonuagique dans des contextes internationaux. Jean‑François est titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en informatique et robotique de l’Université polytechnique de Marseille, ainsi que d’un MBA de l’École de gestion John‑Molson de l’Université Concordia, à Montréal. Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, il est aussi père de deux enfants et passionné de sports de plein air.
Naomi Goldapple
Naomi Goldapple leads a team of data scientists and engineers to leverage emerging technologies and build products that will drive present and future value for AlayaCare clients. Naomi is a seasoned data intelligence professional with experience leading innovation teams — specifically in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Having worked in health tech and home care for the past six years, Naomi has become recognized as a thought leader on leveraging data for better decision making, creating operational efficiencies, with a goal to helping improve health outcomes for those who wish to recover and age in the place they call home.
Manuela Paoletta
Manuela Paoletta is the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at AlayaCare, where she leads the company’s people strategy and helps shape a culture rooted in inclusion, growth, and impact. A strategic and empathetic leader, Manuela champions initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering meaningful connection to AlayaCare’s people, purpose, and performance.
Outside of work, she finds joy in dancing and laughing with her two daughters, a reminder of the power of connection in all aspects of life.
Scott Overhill
Scott Overhill has more than 30 years of experience in the home and community care sector, with the majority in leadership roles with Procura and Complia Health. Trained in product management, product strategy alignment, project management, and business consulting, Scott was the primary architect of Complia Health’s Procura software. He also provided service and advice to enterprise customers in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Scott has an ability to develop the skill sets of exceptional individuals and create high-performing teams, leading them to deliver on projects that are on time and profitable.

Thilan Perera
As the VicePresident of Customer Success at AlayaCare ANZ, Thilan is responsible for all project implementation, project management and consulting services across our product portfolio. Thilan works closely with customer stakeholders, project teams and external partners to deliver high class IT and Digital Transformation projects. He is results and outcomes focused and passionate about the application of technology to improve HealthCare. With over 12 years of experience in the Community, Disability and Aged Care sectors, Thilan has deep industry knowledge and experience in deploying technology solutions to solve the business problem at hand. Thilan has previously worked in senior management and executive roles with a number of software vendors in the industry including Procura and Telstra Health. Outside of work, Thilan enjoys the company of his two daughters and is a car enthusiast.
Scott Shaw
Scott Shaw is our Director of Business Development at AlayaCare ANZ. Scott leads the sales strategy for the ANZ region and provides leadership and guidance to a dedicated client focused sales team.
Scott has been part of the team for over 6 years where he helped grow the Procura operation to a position of dominance. Bringing over 12 years’ experience in leading technical sales and negotiations having worked for start-ups, owner operators and true multinationals across Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Thailand, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. Outside of work Scott is an active member of Royal QLD Golf Club and enjoys all things outdoors. He is proud of his rural New Zealand upbringing and believes this keeps him hungry and humble.
Arif Mohamed
Arif brings over 16 years of enterprise resource planning and transformation experience to his new role, with a strong focus on delivering customer satisfaction and fostering innovation within organisations. A key feature of Arif’s career to date has been an unwavering commitment to leveraging technology for the betterment of aged care services, adding to this his extensive experience of over a decade in the aged care sector.
Jon Middleton
Chris Liebetrau
As the Director of Marketing at AlayaCare, Chris oversees the ANZ marketing function, driving the growth of a healthy and thriving brand. Through his team, Chris partners with our customer-facing teams to educate and inform existing and prospective customers about the power and potential of AlayaCare’s platforms. With over 18 years of experience in technology at companies like Primus, Telstra, and MYOB, Chris brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise. His notable achievements include building marketing functions to significantly boost revenue and fostering high-performing teams with empathetic and transparent leadership. New to the healthcare industry, Chris is excited to elevate AlayaCare’s impact on the community by enhancing how our customers use technology to make their organizations more efficient and effective. Outside of work, he enjoys far too many sports to name and spending time outdoors with his family.
Mike O’Connell
As the HR Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Mike partners with the business to recruit and manage AlayaCare’s people across the employment lifecycle, manages employment relations and works to maintain a supportive and high performance culture.
Mike joined AlayaCare in 2020 after working in various HR and operational management roles across the private and public sectors. He loves the intersection of technology and care at AlayaCare and is passionate about building organisational capability to enable positive outcomes for clients. Outside of work he keeps fit, is a keen guitar player and reformed metalhead, and enjoys watching rugby union and Formula 1.
