Nightingale Joins the AlayaCare

Press Release- 28th October 2025, Sydney, Australia: AlayaCare, a leading provider of cloud-based home and community care solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire Nightingale Software, a provider of NDIS and home care software solutions in Australia. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

This acquisition strengthens AlayaCare’s presence in Australia, bringing together two organisations with a shared focus on improving outcomes for people receiving care.
