Ali leads strategic initiatives and business transformation at Rohling, focusing on digital and AI‑enabled innovation for clients across aged care, disability, health and community organisations. He brings senior leadership experience from organisations including Secure Parking, Macquarie Telecom Group, and Fujitsu Australia. In addition to his leadership role at Rohling, Ali is a Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), where he teaches project management, and holds an Executive MBA and a Computer Engineering degree.

As the Vice President of Customer Success at AlayaCare ANZ, Thilan is responsible for all project implementation, project management and consulting services across our product portfolio. Thilan works closely with customer stakeholders, project teams and external partners to deliver high class IT and Digital Transformation projects. He is results and outcomes focused and passionate about the application of technology to improve HealthCare. With over 12 years of experience in the Community, Disability and Aged Care sectors, Thilan has deep industry knowledge and experience in deploying technology solutions to solve the business problem at hand. Thilan has previously worked in senior management and executive roles with a number of software vendors in the industry including Procura and Telstra Health. Outside of work, Thilan enjoys the company of his two daughters and is a car enthusiast.
