Once the secure messaging premium features enabled, it can be launched by clicking on the Chat icon found in the right corner. Secure messaging will load in a separate window, allowing you to productively use other features in like here at the same time to start a new conversation. Click the plus icon at the top of the secure messaging chat screen. You will have two options direct and group conversations in direct mode. We have a list of employees, including back. Opposite field staff. You can easily search or filter for employees by name, branch, group or department. Selecting an employee starts a new conversation. Let’s flip over to group conversations. We start by adding a topic or name for the group. This time we can select multiple employees from the list. There is a maximum of 100 participants in a single group chat. In this example, you can create a chat exclusively for New York based employees. Or if you’d like. You can also create groups with employees from different branches and departments all across your organization. Let’s take a look at the main screen on the left hand side. We have a full list of all conversations you are a part of to ensure transparency. Each conversation has an online and offline indicator to identify if the other person is available online. You’re also able to see if a message was sent, delivered or read by the user. Another powerful feature is the search capability. With secure messaging, you’re able to search for conversations or messages as far back as six months. Simply type in least three characters into the search bar and it will highlight all matches in the system. Lastly, we also support web notifications. The user can control which notifications they want to receive by muting them at the conversation level or at the employee level, which will disable notifications for all conversations. Before we end off this demo, one important thing to mention is that all of the features we discussed today are also available in our caregiver mobile app, available for both Android and iOS devices.
