Adrian Schauer, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
AlayaCare
Adrian Schauer is the CEO and Co-Founder of AlayaCare. By combining remote patient monitoring, clinical documentation and back-office software, AlayaCare is disrupting how home care is delivered, managed and able to meet increasing system needs and client expectations. Adrian is recognised as a global technology leader and is actively involved in the industry through his Board work with Chipcare, TrackTik, and Resolver. He is the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, an organisation created to support innovative solutions to health problems in low-income countries.
Annette Hili, General Manager, ANZ
AlayaCare
Annette leads AlayaCare’s Australia and New Zealand operations. She brings more than 23 years of experience in the aged care industry, holding numerous positions, including Chief Operating Officer of BaptistCare NSW – Australia’s leading and most respected home, community and residential aged care provider, with over 3,500 employees and 160 offices. There she oversaw the operational activities of the organisation and led the company’s strategy and growth.
In her role as AlayaCare General Manager ANZ, Annette leads the growth strategy of the ANZ operations, focusing on delivering better client care and experiences and leveraging data to drive improved outcomes.
Isaac Alexander, Chief Product & Software Architect
AlayaCare
Isaac, Chief Software Architect at AlayaCare, leads and drives the architectural vision, strategy, and principles for the platform. Isaac is a leading force in the solution design group for all major features at AlayaCare. He has been assessing, designing, and building global home care software supporting Canada, USA, and Australia for over 25 years. Isaac is also the founding developer of the Procura product.
Cynthia Payne, Managing Director
Anchor Excellence
Cynthia Payne has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience and over 20 years as a Director in both NFP and FP boards. Cynthia founded Anchor Excellence in 2018 and in 5 short years has impacted over 40% of the Australian aged care market via its programs, solutions and education including the home for SAGE Study Tours.
Passionate about leaders, supporting and enabling them, defined by consumers’ lived experience, Cynthia and the twenty strong AE team together have a formidable level of expertise and commitment to the entire aged care ecosystem.
Laura Toyne, Branch Manager for the National Program Delivery Branch, Australian Digital Health Agency, and Julie Khoury, Senior Project Manager for the National Program Delivery Branch, Australian Digital Health Agency will both be presenting on Why is Digital Health so important for Aged Care?
