Legal and Contracts
Customers
The contractual relationship between AlayaCare and its customers is defined by a comprehensive Master Subscription and Services Agreement (MSSA). The MSSA incorporates all elements of AlayaCare’s electronic health records platform service, including its Service Level Agreement (SLA) and its customer Privacy Policy. An Order Form to be signed by the parties is used to set out the Products and services being procured by customers and the associated pricing/commercial terms. A Schedule of Exceptions can be drafted that allows customers to reflect any unique requirements or business processes that need to be accommodated in the contract
Partners
AlayaCare’s electronic health record platform provides customers with the ability to integrate with third party parties, enabling enhanced features/functions and better information sharing. With our Connected Services Providers (CSPs), AlayaCare establishes a partnership arrangement to create consistent service levels and support, but customers purchase and contract directly with the CSP. With our Integrated Technology Partners (ITPs), customers can add the third-party functionality directly from AlayaCare, with the same contract terms and service levels.
Privacy
AlayaCare’s Privacy Policies set out the key elements of how the AlayaCare service addresses the privacy and security of the data and other information entrusted to it and how AlayaCare meets the associated compliance and regulatory requirements:
