With over 25 years of experience in health and aged care, Nicki is passionate about driving better outcomes and supporting improved systems for older Australians. Nicki has considerable experience in Aged Care Reform, leading a number of Australian Government engagements including Governing for Reform in Aged Care Program in partnership with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the nation-wide consultations on the proposed new Aged Care Act on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.
