AlayaCare customer shares 84% decrease in staff overtime costs through interoperability solution
SYDNEY, NSW / September 4, 2024 – AlayaCare has facilitated an 84% reduction in staff overtime costs for ermha365, a mental health and disability support provider with over 570 employees. ermha365 shared the impressive result at AlayaCare’s flagship user conference Better Outcomes yesterday.
ermha365 achieved this result with AlayaCare Cloud Integrations that enable technical teams to access, modify, and report on data and integrate it with 3rd-party solutions.
The ability of information and communications systems to share data and information about people receiving care is a crucial aspect of the digital reform agenda recently released by the Australian government. AlayaCare recognises the importance of interoperability in the care industry and has developed a range of technological solutions to support this agenda.
Speaking at the Better Outcomes conference, Adrian Schauer, Founder and CEO of AlayaCare, emphasised AlayaCare’s commitment to interoperability, stating, “We will continue to invest in offering a platform that you can build on.”
He continued, “This is a tough industry, and there are many ways to run a business. No one wants to be constrained by limited technology choices. We give you a platform that you can customise and that enables you to incorporate the technology that helps your business thrive.”
Annette Hili, General Manager of ANZ, mirrored this sentiment. “We know that interoperability is key to the digital reform agenda that the government has released,” stated Hili. “Enabling our customers to have the flexibility to choose the best product for their business just makes sense. It allows them to prioritise elements that are integral for their company so they can deliver the best possible care for their clients.”
The Better Outcomes conference showcased additional products supporting customers to achieve interoperability. These included AlayaCare Apps which empower customers to deploy personalised solutions that integrate seamlessly into the AlayaCare platform, addressing needs from scheduling and billing to employee management. AlayaCare Connector was also highlighted, a tool designed to unify disconnected software ecosystems, optimising the value of technological investments through expertly automated workflows that streamline processes without manual intervention.
Better Outcomes is a yearly conference hosted by AlayaCare that brings together aged care and disability professionals, agency representatives, and visionary leaders.
