AlayaCare welcomes new Vice President of Residential 

AlayaCare is excited to announce the appointment of Arif Mohamed as the Vice President of Residential. This executive appointment is a landmark moment for AlayaCare, as we continue to enhance our investment in  Australia and New Zealand and provide exceptional support to residential providers in the region.  

Arif brings over 16 years of enterprise resource planning and transformation experience to his new role, with a strong focus on delivering customer satisfaction and fostering innovation within organisations. A key feature of Arif’s career to date has been an unwavering commitment to leveraging technology for the betterment of aged care services. 

His extensive background includes serving in various leadership positions in notable organisations such as Ozcare, PPI Corporation, SPAR Australia, Dialog Information Technology, and Wings Infonet Limited. Throughout his career, Arif has demonstrated his versatility and dedication to driving technological advancements in the industry. 

Most recently, Arif served as the Program Lead for Digital Transformation at Ozcare, where he successfully led the integration of several acquisitions and spearheaded the transition to a cloud-first strategy. His expertise in enterprise applications, business system analysis, and ERP consulting has equipped him with the skills and experience that will form the foundation of his new role at AlayaCare. 

In joining AlayaCare, Arif expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s mission and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the aged care sector in Australia and New Zealand.

In his new role as Vice President of Residential, Arif will play a crucial part in shaping AlayaCare’s strategic initiatives to enhance the residential care experience. With his profound understanding of enterprise resource planning and his track record of driving technological transformation, Arif is well-positioned to drive innovation and deliver true value and impact for AlayaCare’s clients.

While AlayaCare has its beginning as a Home Care software vendor, the acquisition of Procura has provided us an opportunity to create an innovative and versatile solution for Residential Aged Care for ANZ”, Annette said.
