As Founder and CEO of Psykinetic, he leads a team developing life-changing technology for people with disabilities and older adults. Their innovations include mind-controlled wheelchairs that expand mobility, eye-controlled instruments enabling people with cerebral palsy to perform music live, and virtual and augmented reality applications for care, learning, and inclusion.

Adrian Schauer, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Adrian Schauer is the CEO and Co-Founder of AlayaCare. By combining remote patient monitoring, clinical documentation and back-office software, AlayaCare is disrupting how home care is delivered, managed and able to meet increasing system needs and client expectations. Adrian is recognised as a global technology leader and is actively involved in the industry through his board work with Chipcare, TrackTik, and Resolver. Naomi Goldapple, SVP, Data & Intelligence

Naomi leads AlayaCare’s innovation strategy, using data and applied research in machine learning and optimisation to help providers operate efficiently and improve clinical outcomes. Naomi also has a wealth of experience as a start-up entrepreneur and a seasoned business executive.

Anita Courtney, Principal

Anita is a leading aged care lawyer specialising in providing compliance advice to residential and home care providers. As well as drafting the firm’s resident and client agreements, Anita works with providers to manage complaints, respond to the regulators and develop policies and procedures. She also assists providers with recovering unpaid fees from residents and clients.
Anita was named the Melbourne Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law “Lawyer of the Year” in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in Australia. She has also been recognised by Best Lawyers for expertise in Health & Aged Care Law since 2020.

Andrew Hoggan, COO

Andrew has a background in Psychology and has worked in both Australia and the U.K providing counselling within the homeless and prison communities. Shifting to corporate Psychology, Andrew specialised in change, culture, and leadership and over the course of 13 years led large scale transformations across the public and private sectors.
In his current role as COO at PainChek, he oversees operations and client delivery for PainChek’s teams across the globe including Europe and North America. In his spare time, Andrew runs an organic truffle farm with his partner and 3 truffle hunting dogs.
