Their innovations include mind-controlled wheelchairs that expand mobility, eye-controlled instruments enabling people with cerebral palsy to perform music live, and virtual and augmented reality applications for care, learning, and inclusion.
Jordan is recognised as a global technology innovator and thought leader, advocating for a future where technology empowers care rather than replaces it. Adrian Schauer is the CEO and Co-Founder of AlayaCare. By combining remote patient monitoring, clinical documentation and back-office software, AlayaCare is disrupting how home care is delivered, managed and able to meet increasing system needs and client expectations. Adrian is recognised as a global technology leader and is actively involved in the industry through his board work with Chipcare, TrackTik, and Resolver. He is the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, an organisation created to support innovative solutions to health problems in low-income countries.

Passionate about quality care, Annette has dedicated her career to supporting the elderly and disabled community. Naomi Goldapple — SVP, Data & Intelligence

Naomi leads AlayaCare’s innovation strategy, using data and applied research in machine learning and optimisation to help providers operate efficiently and improve clinical outcomes. Naomi also has a wealth of experience as a start-up entrepreneur and a seasoned business executive.

Alex Skinner — Senior Customer Insights & Strategy Manager
