10.00am – 10.30am	Opening Address: A shared vision for care Annette Hili opens the day by welcoming attendees from across the aged and disability care sector. With the new Aged Care Act and recent organisational developments, she provides a concise update on AlayaCare’s journey, the recent Nightingale acquisition, and the evolving regulatory environment, highlighting the organisation’s position today and opportunities ahead.
10.30am – 11.05am	The path forward: Technology and human-centred care Join Adrian Schauer as he calls on the industry to reimagine what’s possible in the aged and disability sector, exploring how technology can support better outcomes while easing pressure on frontline teams.
11.05am – 11.40am	Building AI Capability That Lasts: A Practical Guide for Care Leaders Naomi Goldapple closes the formal presentations by exploring what it takes to build AI capability that endures. As AI reshapes care delivery, she addresses key considerations around technology, governance, and organisational readiness for leaders navigating this next phase.
11.40am – 12.00pm	Q&A with AlayaCare Executive An interactive Q&A with AlayaCare executives.

Adrian Schauer, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Adrian is the CEO and Co-Founder of AlayaCare. By combining remote patient monitoring, clinical documentation and back-office software, AlayaCare is disrupting how home care is delivered, managed and able to meet increasing system needs and client expectations.Adrian is recognised as a global technology leader and is actively involved in the industry through his board work with Chipcare, TrackTik, and Resolver. He is the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, an organisation created to support innovative solutions to health problems in low-income countries.

Annette Hili, Managing Director ANZ
AlayaCare
Annette leads AlayaCare’s Australia and New Zealand operations, bringing over 23 years of experience in aged and community care, including serving as COO of BaptistCare.

At Better Outcomes, she will provide an update on AlayaCare’s journey and recent Nightingale acquisition, and the evolving regulatory environment, setting the stage for a shared vision of high-quality, person-centred care across the sector.

Naomi Goldapple, SVP, Data & Intelligence

Naomi leads AlayaCare’s innovation strategy, using data and applied research in machine learning and optimisation to help providers operate efficiently and improve clinical outcomes.Naomi also has a wealth of experience as a start-up entrepreneur and a seasoned business executive.
