By combining remote patient monitoring, clinical documentation and back-office software, AlayaCare is disrupting how home care is delivered, managed and able to meet increasing system needs and client expectations.Adrian is recognised as a global technology leader and is actively involved in the industry through his board work with Chipcare, TrackTik, and Resolver. He is the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, an organisation created to support innovative solutions to health problems in low-income countries.
Annette Hilli Annette Hili, Managing Director ANZ

Annette leads AlayaCare’s Australia and New Zealand operations, bringing over 23 years of experience in aged and community care, including serving as COO of BaptistCare.

At Better Outcomes, she will provide an update on AlayaCare’s journey and recent Nightingale acquisition, and the evolving regulatory environment, setting the stage for a shared vision of high-quality, person-centred care across the sector.
