Stephen’s acclaimed TEDx talk – The Oldest Guy at Facebook – recounts his amazing journey at the heart of one of the world’s most disruptive companies.
Stephen is also CEO of revolutionary artificial intelligence start up, Omniscient – the world leader in using A.I. to decode the human brain. Backed by some of Australia’s most iconic business names – including Gina Rinehart, Gretel Packer and Will Vicars – in 2022, Omniscient won the coveted South-by-Southwest (SXSW) Innovation Award for A.I. and Machine Learning.
Adrian Schauer, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Adrian Schauer is the founder and CEO of AlayaCare, a home healthcare software scale-up delivering the next disruptive solution for the global home-based care market. Adrian is a serial technology entrepreneur having built two successful mobile software companies; both achieving leadership positions in their respective markets. Adrian is an active Angel Investor and sits on the boards of several tech start-ups. Adrian is also the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, a non-profit organisation created to support innovative solutions to the health problems in low income countries.
Annette Hili, General Manager, ANZ
AlayaCare
Annette leads AlayaCare’s Australia and New Zealand operations. She brings more than 23 years of experience in the aged care industry, holding numerous positions, including Chief Operating Officer of BaptistCare NSW – Australia’s leading and most respected home, community and residential aged care provider, with over 3,500 employees and 160 offices. There she oversaw the operational activities of the organisation and led the company’s strategy and growth.
In her role as AlayaCare General Manager ANZ, Annette leads the growth strategy of the ANZ operations, focusing on delivering better client care and experiences and leveraging data to drive improved outcomes.
Andrew McDonald, Chief Product and Technology Officer

Andrew McDonald has over 20 years of experience leading innovative product teams that break into new markets, beat the competition, and delight customers. He has been part of a successful exit of a venture-backed startup and multiple enterprise software businesses that have grown rapidly and profitably past the $300M revenue mark. He comes to AlayaCare, having most recently held senior positions at Alcatel-Lucent, CENX, and Kinaxis where he was the Chief Product Officer. An avid hockey player, Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Ben Woolley, Chief Executive Officer

Ben Woolley is the CEO at Redmap, where he has worked for the last 24 years. From a modest start in 2000, Ben has grown a small business specialising in document management into an international leader in document automation. He is responsible for product and sales at Redmap and was instrumental in the development and subsequent execution of Redmap's AP Automation Strategy.
Based out of Brisbane, Ben is passionate about removing wasted time from the client's document process. He is married with two kids and is a mad keen golfer.
John Perkins, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

John is the Founder and CEO of Checked in Care, a healthcare SaaS company maximizing the Consumer Experience by delivering omni channel communications and self service capabilities for care sector clients, their families and staff.
John is a serial entrepreneur, having successfully started, grown and exited from four companies over the last 25 years. John is also a co owner of Australia’s largest privately owned IT Managed Services Company, Ethan Global.
John’s passion is to enable people to live their best lives with choice and dignity, which is being achieved both through his charity work with Touched By Olivia Foundation, and his work within Checked in Care.
Greg Satur, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Satur is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience working at the dynamic intersection of teams and their customers. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Hayylo, Greg brings his wealth of experience driving global customer experience outcomes to the Australia community care sector.
His career includes a decade of leadership at Hayylo, where he has focused on transforming customer experiences in care through technology. Prior to co-founding Hayylo, he spent nearly 15 years at internationally recognised organisations, leading customer experience initiatives on a global scale. His work at Expedia set new benchmarks for customer experience, operational efficiency, and successful implementations at scale.
Beyond his professional achievements, Greg is a passionate advocate for social services, homelessness, and sustainability. He actively mentors the next generation of leaders encouraging diverse thinking and breaking down barriers.
