To close out the breakout session, join ermha365's IT Systems Manager, Peppe Prestia, for an insightful fire-side chat with AlayaCare's Manager for Solutions Engineers, Miranda Smelt. Peppe will dive into the complexities of managing rostering and award compliance in the challenging environment of NDIS-funded services and how Ermha successfully overcame these challenges with AlayaCare Cloud’s extensive API capabilities.

My highlight of the conference was meeting and interacting with people who are current users of AlayaCare, and hearing their responses and outcomes to challenges I am currently experiencing. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge that I then brought back to my team.

 

 

There were some really good examples of ideas leadership in the industry at the conference. The opportunity to reconnect with others throughout Australia, and directly with the AlayaCare staff was excellent.

 

 

A fabulous opportunity to spend time with the AlayaCare Executive team. We returned to work energised and with a roadmap of improvements that will deliver significant efficiencies in our business.
