Scott is passionate about transforming aged and disability care through innovative, cloud-based solutions. He brings deep expertise in technical solution selling, strategic negotiations, and fostering long-term client partnerships across both government and private sectors. His career has taken him around the world, with leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the Philippines, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and Thailand giving him a unique perspective on growth in diverse markets. Grounded by his rural New Zealand upbringing and inspired by AlayaCare’s values, Scott credits his resilience, humility, and strong work ethic to those early roots. Outside of work, he’s an active member of the Royal Queensland Golf Club and enjoys the outdoors with his young family.

Dr Jill Freyne is an experienced industry leader with deep expertise spanning AI research, digital health innovation, and healthcare transformation. As Healthcare Industry Lead for AWS Australia and New Zealand, she brings a unique combination of technical depth and strategic vision to help healthcare organizations leverage cloud and AI technologies to improve patient outcomes and system efficiency. Prior to joining AWS, Dr Freyne served as Deputy Chief Scientist at CSIRO, Australia's national science agency. Dr Freyne's research background is distinguished by her work as Deputy Director of CSIRO's Australian e-Health Research Centre, where she led the development of innovative technologies to improve healthcare access, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Her work included developing digital health solutions for culturally and linguistically diverse communities, advancing clinical decision support systems, and pioneering applications of AI in healthcare delivery.
