Aun Iftikhar is a Principal Healthcare Solutions Architect at AWS, dedicated to supporting the digital transformation of healthcare in Australia. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the healthcare sector, Aun guides AWS customers in implementing secure, scalable, and innovative cloud-based digital solutions. He has experience helping healthcare organisations migrate their critical clinical systems to the AWS Cloud, while enabling them to unlock data to improve health outcomes and provide positive clinician and patient experiences.

Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in business management and corporate governance in the aged care and community services sector. Matthew has worked as an Executive across several aged care and community services providers as CFO, as well as more recently working as a Non-Executive Director in the sector. He joined StewartBrown as Director of the Consulting division in 2025 and leads engagements working with a diverse range of organisations to improve business efficiency.

Darren Gossling is the CEO of Rohling, a leading consultancy specialising in advisory and solutions for the aged care, disability, community services and health sectors in Australia. With over 30 years of experience including 14 years in executive roles at IBM, Darren is a passionate advocate for using tech innovation to drive efficiency and improve quality of care. Darren has also served in roles such as Director, Risk Committee Chair, and Committee Member for mutual NFP banking institutions for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the University of Technology, Sydney.

Kristen is the Practice Manager – AlayaFlow ANZ, bringing over a decade of experience in health and aged care, grounded in her early career as a Registered Nurse. She has previously held roles as Product Manager, ANZ, combining clinical insight with product strategy to deliver solutions that genuinely support frontline teams. For the past 10+ years, Kristen has focused on improving client outcomes through technology-supported care, with extensive experience translating complex workflows and best-practice models into intuitive digital tools. She is passionate about designing and implementing solutions that make it easier for care teams to do their best work.

Scott is a commercial leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth across SaaS technology sectors in complex, high-impact environments. At AlayaCare, he leads the go-to-market strategy across ANZ and oversees a high-performing team spanning, Sales, Customer Relationships, and Solution team. Scott is passionate about transforming aged and disability care through innovative, cloud-based solutions. He brings deep expertise in technical solution selling, strategic negotiations, and fostering long-term client partnerships across both government and private sectors. His career has taken him around the world, with leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the Philippines, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and Thailand giving him a unique perspective on growth in diverse markets. Grounded by his rural New Zealand upbringing and inspired by AlayaCare’s values, Scott credits his resilience, humility, and strong work ethic to those early roots. Outside of work, he’s an active member of the Royal Queensland Golf Club and enjoys the outdoors with his young family.
