St Ives Home Care chooses AlayaCare to improve client experiences

Leading Australian home care provider St Ives Home Care announced today their partnership with home care software platform provider, AlayaCare. Together, St Ives and AlayaCare plan to deliver an innovative end to end client information, health and experience management solution to home care clients and their families. 

The partnership promises to enhance client experiences with real time service management, remote health solutions, rostering and scheduling optimisation, app connectivity, and will allow much greater transparency and visibility for participation by clients and their families through its portal capability. 

Changes to legislation in Australia and the introduction of Consumer Directed Care has led to greater choices for aged and home care consumers and their families.
