Caredove Integrates with AlayaCare, Adding Advanced eReferral and Service Marketing Functionality


Partnership and integration provides Caredove’s robust eReferral platform directly within AlayaCare’s case management workflow

AlayaCare, a leading home care software platform, today announced their partnership with Caredove – an innovative eReferral management platform that helps hospitals, insurers and health systems create trusted networks of home care and community services. The partnership and integration provides agencies and caregivers with additional eReferral entry points to serve more clients and streamline their intake process.

With the Caredove integration, AlayaCare clients now have an efficient and effective way to join or lead regional eReferral initiatives and market their services to a larger and more accurate audience. Referrals sent through Caredove are securely delivered directly into AlayaCare’s case management inbox. Entry points include buttons or links directly on an agency’s website, giving patients the option to self-refer.
