Branham300 names AlayaCare as one of the Top 25 Up and Coming Technology Companies
Toronto, ON (April 27, 2016) – AlayaCare, an industry-leading home care software platform, is proud to announce that it has been selected by the Branham Group as one of the Top 25 Up and Coming innovative technology companies in Canada in the 2016 Edition of the Branham300.
The Branham300, now in its 23rd year, is the most widely referenced listing of Canada’s top public and private Information and Communications Technology (ICT) companies. The list of Top 25 Up and Comers is selected based on creativity and innovation whether in a new technology area or optimizing existing technology in an innovative manner.
Canada’s Top 250 ICT companies generated $96.1 billion of revenue in 2015, an increase of 5.7% compared to the year prior. Growth was due to 75% of the Top 250 reporting revenue growth, while 54% delivered double- or triple-digit increases.
“We are honoured to be recognized as innovators and thought leaders, especially in the hyper-competitive post-acute healthcare space,” said Adrian Schauer, Chief Executive Officer of AlayaCare.
“Branham has built a reputation as a comprehensive and trusted source in the Canadian technology landscape, and to be recognized as one of the companies pushing the boundaries and disrupting the healthcare space is an incredible achievement.”
Established only in 2014, AlayaCare has seen a quick yet meteoric rise to notoriety in the home health care space.
Taking on well-established incumbent software, the company has taken a market-focused vision based off of an open platform that has been well received by post-acute providers and health systems not only in Canada, but worldwide.
AlayaCare leverages technology-enabled modes of care to help home care providers improve patient outcomes while reducing the cost of care delivery.
Ultimately the company’s vision is to facilitate the industry’s transition to a future where home care is a well-orchestrated combination of in-home visits, virtual visits, and virtual care through remote patient monitoring, optimized with insights derived from the data collected through those interactions.
As more than just an agency management and clinical documentation solution, AlayaCare also boasts an integrated telehealth solution, flexible forms and reporting, stakeholder and family portals, electronic visit verification, and user friendly point-of-care, making it a very unique software vendor in the home health space.
