AlayaCare Announces its Foray into the Community Support Service (CSS) Market of Ontario

News2-820x400

October 6, 2016 (Toronto, ON) – Today, AlayaCare reinforced its commitment to expand its comprehensive home and community based software solutions to Ontario providers in the Community Support Services (CSS) area of the Ontario healthcare ecosystem.

More than 600 Community CSS providers exist in Ontario providing vital programs and services for Ontarians. Programs such as exercise and falls, companion care, visiting hospice, bereavement, respite, day programs and more are supported within AlayaCare’s cloud based platform.

“Our expansion to the CSS market is core to AlayaCare’s strategy of delivering better technology that delivers better outcomes,” says Adrian Schauer, CEO of AlayaCare. He adds “hospices, friendly visiting, day programs and companionship support are vital to the ecosystem and we believe our software can benefit them as it has for nursing, rehab and personal support providers of Ontario.”

AlayaCare, prides itself on user experience. It delivers against the needs of all stakeholders who interact with the software, including clients, family members, field staff, schedulers, HR, Finance and Management; they all benefit from a system that believes ‘better outcomes’ is paramount.

AlayaCare has partnered with a select group of CSS providers that recognizes delivering best practices requires a melding of perspectives between healthcare provider and software provider.

Better Living, Acclaim Health and Bellwoods have partnered with AlayaCare to develop a revolutionary approach to CSS providers.  According to Lori Holloway, CEO of Bellwoods: “We were intrigued by the potential to combine RAI Assessments, Coordination, Scheduling, Mobile Caregiver App and Business Intelligence for home care all in one. What impressed us was the ease of use and the immediate benefits of one holistic system.”

A key differentiator of the AlayaCare system is not only its ability to combine every function needed to run our agency, but also the Business Intelligence module that enables unheralded reporting.

This enables our staff to analyze and extract insights for our business and for our funders. While reporting has the potential to be onerous, this tool can seamlessly supports a performance culture.

As part of the product launch, AlayaCare and Bellwoods will give a sneak peek of the software at this year’s Ontario Community Support Association’s annual event and exhibition.

Special guests have been invited to celebrate the launch. Speaking at the event is Brady Murphy, AlayaCare’s VP of Sales and Marketing, who remarked: “This event marks our official entry into CSS in Ontario. We look forward to listening, engaging and demonstrating the value of our solution to providers so they can ultimately get out into the community to deliver the care their clients need”
