Adrian Schauer is the founder and CEO of AlayaCare, a home healthcare software scale-up delivering the next disruptive solution for the global home-based care market. He is a serial technology entrepreneur having built two successful mobile software companies; both achieving leadership positions in their respective markets. Adrian is an active Angel Investor and sits on the boards of several tech start-ups. He is also the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, a non-profit organization created to support innovative solutions to the health problems in low-income countries.

Andrew McDonald has over 20 years of experience leading innovative product teams that break into new markets, beat the competition, and delight customers. He has been part of a successful exit of a venture-backed startup and multiple enterprise software businesses that have grown rapidly and profitably past the $300M revenue mark. He comes to AlayaCare, having most recently held senior positions at Alcatel-Lucent, CENX, and Kinaxis where he was the Chief Product Officer.
