AlayaCare Selected by AccordCare as Enterprise EHR to Drive Digitization and Growth Across Markets

Press Release-AlayaCare X Accordcare

NEW YORK, NY  – March 4, 2025 – AlayaCare, a leading provider of cloud-based home care solutions, is pleased to announce that AccordCare has selected AlayaCare’s enterprise home health care platform as its electronic health record (EHR) system to drive digital transformation, streamline operations, and improve clinical and business outcomes across all its markets.

AccordCare provides home care and home health services to clients in New York, Georgia, and Florida, across Medicaid, private pay, and long-term care. It has long recognized the need for a consolidated and scalable technology solution to support its diverse service lines. The company has been navigating legacy systems which have created inefficiencies and manual processes. After an extensive evaluation process, AccordCare has chosen AlayaCare as its integrated platform to replace these disparate systems and centralize operations across most locations.

“Transitioning to a new EHR is a critical and complex decision, but we knew we needed a partner who could support our business as we scale,” said Ann Gemerek, RN BSN, Senior Director of Clinical Systems at AccordCare. “AlayaCare’s technology will allow us to automate manual workflows, improve interoperability across our growing organization, and enhance our clinical and business intelligence capabilities. We’re confident this move will help us better serve our clients and employees.”

With a workforce nearing 1000, AccordCare has experienced significant growth, largely through mergers and acquisitions, bringing multiple legacy systems into the organization. By implementing AlayaCare across most markets, AccordCare will be able to eliminate silos, improve real-time data access, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, particularly around electronic visit verification (EVV) and billing.

AlayaCare’s robust Client Intelligence suite, configurable reporting tools, and clinical documentation capabilities were key differentiators in AccordCare’s selection. The organization will also leverage AlayaCare’s Connector for interoperability with third-party applications, ensuring seamless integration across its ecosystem.

“We’re thrilled to partner with AccordCare as they embark on this significant digital transformation journey,” said Adrian Schauer, founder and CEO at AlayaCare. “This selection is a testament to the continuous investments we’ve made in our platform, ensuring our clients can operate more efficiently while delivering exceptional care outcomes. AccordCare’s move to AlayaCare will bring a whole new level of digitization, automation, and insight-driven decision-making to their operations.”

AccordCare joins a growing list of top-tier home care providers leveraging AlayaCare’s industry-leading platform, including Nightengale Private Care, which AccordCare recently acquired. This strategic investment underscores AccordCare’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence in home-based care.
